Summer Camp
For
Ages 6 to 13 years old.
Session
I: June 7 – June 25
Session II: July 5 – July 23
Time: 9:00 – 3:00pm daily
(Extended care available 7am - 6pm)
This
is a unique summer camp that introduces students ages 6—13 to West African
cultures. The
students will work with professional artists from Nigeria & Ghana to
explore and create “Images
of Afrika”
through
music, dance, African languages, theatre and hand-made crafts. The program
is geared towards teaching self-esteem, enhancing respect and understanding
cultural similarities and differences.
Lunch
is provided free to all students.
Students
may enroll for 1 week or multiple weeks.
The last day of the camp session
features a presentation by the students for their parents and the
community.
Extended
care is available for a small additional charge of $25 per week.

Registration
& Payment Procedures:
The cost is
$99/week/child
with a $20
non-refundable registration fee.
Registrations
will be accepted until each camp session is full. We
must receive your completed
registration and release form accompanied by the appropriate fees and
deposit by the deadlines listed below:

50% deposit of the total number of weeks including a $20 non refundable fee
is due by the first day of camp. The remaining
50% balance is can
be divided over weekly installments until the end of camp June 25.

Upon
receipt of your registration application and payment, you will receive a
confirmation sheet, class & medical information packet.

Tuition Assistance
With the generous support from SummerFair Cincinnati, we are able to offer (1)
week free tuition for every child that registers for (2) paid weeks.
Bring-A-Sibling/Friend
(2 for 1): Families and friend registering (1) paid child, may
enroll a sibling or friend for FREE, for the
equal number of weeks.
