RECEPTION HELD FOR ONE OF NIGERIA'S MOST POPULAR ACTORS

Kanayo O. Kanayo

The AfricanTheaterUSA.com, in conjunction withAfricanProfiles.com and Africa Movies.com, recently held a reception in honour of one of Nigeria's most accomplished actors, Kanayo O. Kanayo who was in the United States for a short visit.

The Reception which was held at Sam's Soul Food Cafe in the Bronx, was greatly attended by a cross section of the  African and American population in the tri-state area. The event was also covered by the press. Kanayo O. Kanayo, in his acceptance speech, plauded the three African organizations behind the event and added that he is encouraged to join forces with the United African Artists very soon in an upcoming performance aimed at entertaining both the American and African audience.


"African movies have good lessons to teach", Kanayo stated.Mr. Kanayo O. Kanayo is credited with over 70  Movies, some of which are available at www.AfricaMovies.com
